During my time with both Consolidated Analytics and Aloft, Inc., I spent a great deal of time on appraisal quality control technology, working with platforms like AppraisalScope, CoreLogic's RealView, and HouseCanary's Mira.
Over the past decade, I have witnessed and actively contributed to the significant technological advancements in appraisal quality control. At Aloft Appraisal, I leveraged this experience to build their quality control infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring a robust and efficient system that resulted in a revision rate under 30% firm wide.
