Hansel Dobbs is a proud member of the Association of Texas Appraisers and a second-generation Dallas/Fort Worth appraiser. With over two decades of experience, Hansel has built a reputation for professionalism, accuracy, and dedication to his clients.
Hansel's appraisal career began in 2002 with his father’s firm in downtown Rockwall, TX. Having lived in Rockwall, Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties, Hansel brings extensive local knowledge and expertise to every appraisal.
Operating out of Allen, TX, Hansel leads North Texas Valuations with a focus on solution-oriented and respectful service.
